  • Temporary Kitchen - complete commercial kitchen
  • Temporary Kitchen - Configurable with servery hatch
  • Combination Cool room & Freezer Room - 2 rooms in one
  • Cook and Chill - 2 x 10 tray combi steamers, a blast freezer, and preparation bench top
  • Dish Washing Room - rack conveyor dishwasher with a 6KW drier, and a pot washer
  • Preparation, Dry Store, & Work Station Room - 2 x prep benches, 4 bays of shelves, and work station with 2 x data points
